Hello everyone!
This blog is capable of uploading both articles and photos. There are five categories down the left hand side. Click on any one of them or click on the Main Page link to access all of them. There are two types of messages you can post to the site: new articles or simple comments
a) To contribute a new article and start a new subject, you will have to log in as a new reader/user. Open a new reader account on the left. (Remember what you typed in for later use!). You will then be sent a confirming email to the email account you specified - follow the instructions when you get it and you will then be a registered reader. Please note that this does take a few hours to achieve and for the server to check up on whether you are a 'real person' or not! (ie it might think you're another computer!)
b) To add a simple comment to an existing article or subject, is instant and you dont have to log in. Click on the 'post comment' link. You don't have to have a username but you will still have to go through a simple check process - just follow the instructions on screen.
Recent photos or articles posted to the site are listed on the right.
The search facility searches every page on the Blog and returns any mentions of your search word in comments and elsewhere.
Any problems or comments, just email me at h@humphreywalwyn.com.

This all seems to make sense. Lets see what the others think. Can we do anything about the design and or colours?

I must admit that the orange/red colour is not fitting with our lovely, rural coastal village. How about blue and/or green?

Is this project alive? I can't see more than just some test photos here...But I think your initial idea was great.

I am visiting the village and visited your site this evening. Please can this email serve as encouragement to update it and in particular the photos.
